Looks like upstream added a new table and related class, and it was causing federation failure because the MDO class would complain the table doesn't exist, even if you ran upgrade.php to ensure everything "should" be OK.  For now removing it makes !postActiv complain about the missing class, but federation _actually works_ which is kind of more important.
